How do I install CUBE?

After downloading the product, first run the installer for the plugin and then the installer for the samples.

The plugin installer will install the factory presets and all of the plugin files (VST, AU, AAX, Standalone) in their default locations.

The sample installer will install the CUBE samples in a custom location, which you can set when installing. We recommend installing the samples on an external SSD drive for best results.

Where is my download / license key?

After purchasing CUBE, you should receive an e-mail with links to download the CUBE engine and samples. Please be sure to check your Junk / Promotions folders for e-mails from Lunacy Audio. Once CUBE is installed, you can use the license key found in the CUBE purchase e-mail to license the plug-in. Downloads and Licenses can also be found by logging in and visiting your Lunacy Audio accounts page. Login or create an account here.

Can I use my CUBE license on more than one machine?

Yes, each purchase of CUBE allows you to use your license on up to 3 different machines.

CUBE can't find the samples. How do I get CUBE to see them?

During Sample Installation, you can choose the installation destination, where CUBE will install the samples. If you did not choose a custom installation destination, check in the default installation location here:

Samples: /Users/Shared/Lunacy Audio/CUBE/Samples
Samples: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Lunacy Audio\CUBE\Samples

You can also change the sample folder location after installation by opening CUBE’s settings and clicking the “Change Sample Folder Location” button in the Engine tab.

Can I add my own samples to CUBE?

Yes! You can drag and drop any sample onto any corner of CUBE. Future updates may include more advanced user audio features like SFZ file import. 

I am encountering some latency with CUBE's audio playback. Can I adjust this?

Yes! CUBE features a latency adjustment knob located in the bottom corner of the Engine Tab in CUBE’s settings. Tweak the knob to compensate for any amount of latency up to 3000ms.

How can I optimize CUBE's RAM / CPU usage?
Load unused CUBE corners to “Empty”. Turn OFF unused modules in the FX suite. Turn OFF the CUBE graphics by toggling the CUBE Graphics Button on the Main Page. Try ECO mode. ECO mode simplifies the CUBE engine and lets you use it as a single sampler, while still keeping all of the other engine functionality.
What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund up to 14 days after the purchase has been completed. We do require that you successfully activate the product on your machine prior to requesting a refund. This ensures we’re able to process your return as quickly and effectively as possible.

For pre-orders, you may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to payment, and the 14-day return period will begin the moment your payment is complete when the product is released. You can cancel pre-orders at any time on your account page.
