How do I install BEAM?

The plugin installer will install the factory presets and all of the plugin files (VST, AU, AAX, Standalone) in their default locations.

Can I use my own impulses in BEAM?
Yes! You can either drag and drop files onto the waveform in each Space node’s control panel, or open the impulse response browser and add your own folders there.
For impulses dragged onto the interface, BEAM will create a copy of the impulse to ensure the preset will not break if the original file moves. If you add a whole folder to the impulse response browser, BEAM will only create references to those files, so it will not copy the original impulses.
My BEAM interface is laggy. What should I do?
You can set the graphics quality of the plugin in the settings. By default, the graphics are set to “Medium” but switching the graphics to “Low” might help make your interface more responsive.

How do I install CUBE expansions?
CUBE expansions should be downloaded using the Pack Portal within the plugin. You can also download manual installers here: https://lunacy.audio/downloads

Can I add my own samples to CUBE?
Yes! You can drag and drop any sample, wave file or SFZ, onto any corner of the full version of CUBE. The Mini version does not include user audio.
Why is my CUBE audio crackling or choppy?
If you are on Windows, be sure to use a dedicated audio driver and not the default Windows Audio Driver, whic may result in choppy audio.
You may also want to adjust your buffer size to be a multiple of 8. Try changing your buffer size to 256, 512, or 1024. CUBE is optimized for standard buffer sizes.

Can I activate my products on more than one device?
Yes, each software pruchase can be activated on up to 3 different machines.
Can I transfer my licenses?
We do not allow license resales or transfers at this time unless it is to another email or account owned by the same individual.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible for a refund on any software products up to 14 days after the purchase has been completed. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds on CUBE expansion packs, only software. If you purchase any bundles, only the software portion of the bundle will be refundable.
We do require that you successfully deactivate the product on your machine prior to requesting a refund. This ensures we’re able to process your return as quickly and effectively as possible.

Do you offer an educational discount?
Yes, we offer a 50% educational discount for all eligible full-time students and teachers at accredited institutions. Please submit a support ticket with documents either showing proof of enrollment / employment or a valid student / teacher ID.
